The Teddington Trainer offers highly flexible personal training to match your needs and to take you to the next level of improved health and fitness.

Training sessions can take place within TTT HQ, a fully-equipped private outdoor space, just tucked away off Teddington High Steet.

Alternatively, sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home, or outdoors in one of the many beautiful parks around the area convenient to you.

The Teddington Trainer will provide all necessary equipment.

Sessions are always varied, progressive and fun, guaranteed to create a healthy balanced strong body and mind.
